Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using UniPeek (the companion app or Unity Editor plugin). By using UniPeek, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use UniPeek.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developers of UniPeek ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using any part of UniPeek — including the iOS/Android companion app and the Unity Editor plugin — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use UniPeek. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable (except for Lifetime licenses as described in Section 5) license to:
This license is for your personal or professional development use only. It does not permit redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of UniPeek itself.
UniPeek is available as a free download on iOS, Android, and the Unity Asset Store. The free tier includes:
We reserve the right to adjust the features included in the free tier at any time. Current free tier users will be notified of any reductions in advance via in-app notice.
Price: $2.99 USD per month (prices may vary by region due to App Store / Play Store pricing tiers).
Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly through your Apple or Google account. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Access: Pro features are available for the full duration of your active subscription. Access ends at the conclusion of the last paid period if not renewed.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again and will retain access through that period.
Price changes: We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Lifetime License is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that grants you permanent access to all UniPeek Pro features. Key terms:
5.1 Perpetual access. Your Lifetime License does not expire and is not subject to recurring charges. Once purchased, you retain Pro access for the lifetime of the UniPeek app.
5.2 Future features. All Pro features added to UniPeek after your purchase date are included in your Lifetime License at no additional cost. We commit to including all features that fall within the current Pro feature set definition. Entirely new product tiers (if introduced) are not included unless specified.
5.3 Device coverage. Your Lifetime License covers all iOS or Android devices linked to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to make the purchase. It is not transferable to a different account.
5.4 Non-transferable. The Lifetime License is tied to your app store account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another person.
5.5 Restoration. If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device on the same account, you can restore your Lifetime License at no charge using the "Restore Purchases" function in the app.
5.6 End of service. In the unlikely event that UniPeek is discontinued, we will provide at least 90 days' notice. Lifetime License holders will receive no further compensation unless required by law, but we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative value (e.g., extended support period, export tools).

Our goodwill policy: If you contact us at support@unipeek.app within 14 days of a Pro Monthly or Lifetime purchase and the product did not work as described or you experienced a significant technical issue we could not resolve, we will support your refund request with Apple or Google.
Refund requests made after 14 days are handled at our discretion. Refunds are not available for purchases where significant use has occurred.
We may release updates to UniPeek to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You agree to install updates made available through the App Store or Google Play; some updates may be required to continue using the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the app or on this page. Your continued use of UniPeek after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
UniPeek is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that UniPeek will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected, or that the app is compatible with your specific device, Unity version, or network environment.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall UniPeek or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of UniPeek shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have not made any purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, unless prohibited by local law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
